         <description><![CDATA[<div>Learning with this subject is truly an incredible experience as my prior knowledge has been developed and enhanced – appropriately fitting with the global standards set in the education curriculum. More specifically,</div><div><br>In the first learning plan, I was able to use another creative software other than Canva, that is known as Jamboard – though it has quite limited features than the former, it is still worthy to learn due to its being an alternative in the absence of other applications. This packet also helped me understand what authentic assessment is – its key differences among other assessments.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For the fourth learning packet, we were able to touch on the type of rubrics, and transforming these rubrics into utilized grades. Within this learning packet, I have extended my knowledge on literature review, being able of researching on the study entitled, “A Study on the Assessment Methods and Experiences of Teachers at an Ethiopian University”. I also learned more about the non-test indicators, transversal competencies, and he 21<sup>st</sup> Century Skills – as well as the feedbacking and/or feedforward simulation.</div>]]></description>
