People often think Phở is just one simple noodle soup, but in Vietnam, we have countless varieties!

We have Phở bò (beef), Phở gà (chicken), and even Phở xào (stir-fried). And the best part? It's not just breakfast food. We eat it anytime—morning, noon, or late at night from a street cart with a tiny plastic stool!

Do you know Phở bò. It is pronounced in Vietnamese as: P-h-ở-b-ò. It's really yummy. If you eat Phở bò with lemon or beef the deliciousness is multiplied many times over.

Today I want to share something very special from my country: the Áo dài, Vietnam's traditional clothing.

The Áo dài is a long, elegant dress with two flowing panels worn over a pair of pants. It is comfortable, graceful, and comes in many beautiful colors and designs. In Vietnam, people often wear the Áo dài during Lunar New Year (Tết), weddings, school ceremonies, and other important celebrations. Many female students also wear a white Áo dài to school on special occasions.

I love the Áo dài because it makes me feel proud to be Vietnamese. Even though it is a traditional outfit, it is still popular today and represents both our history and modern culture. This is a congkak board, a traditional game that is popular in Malaysia ✨. It is played by two players using a wooden board with 14 small holes and 2 larger holes called homes.

The game uses marbles, shells, or seeds as counters.

The goal is to collect the most counters in your home.

Congkak helps improve counting, concentration, and strategic thinking.

It is calso an important part of Malaysia’s culture and heritage.🌟

You can also make your own congkak board at home using simple and recycled materials 😆😆!! For example, you can use a piece of wood or cardboard, bottle caps for the holes, and marbles, beads, or seeds as the counters. It is a fun and easy DIY project that helps reduce waste while allowing more people to enjoy this traditional game.

What traditional games are popular in your country?🎀

The food I've attached is called "Satay"! It's our traditional food, and very delicious. This one in the photo is the chicken satay. There's also meat satay!

The sauce that comes along with Satay is called Peanut Sauce. You might be skeptical of trying it first, but once you try it, you'll get addicted to it easily. The Peanut Sauce is made with 3 ingredients;

• peanut butter

• coconut milk

• spices

Each one of these in my country, at best for RM5, you'll get 4 pieces with the sauce included, of course. Taste varies from different places, but it's extremely delicious and as I said before, it's too addicting and you can't go without a day of this.

One traditional Malaysian food I want to introduce to you is LAKSAM 🍜

Laksam comes from the East Coast of Malaysia, especially Kelantan and Terengganu 📍. The noodles are made from rice flour, steamed thin on a tray, then rolled 🌀 and sliced 🔪. It’s served with a thick white gravy made from coconut milk 🥥 plus boiled mackerel fish 🐟, onion, and ginger. It is usually eaten with fresh sides like cucumber 🥒, Vietnamese mint 🌿, torch ginger flower 🌸, and sambal belacan 🌶️ on the side.

Laksam is one of the foods I really like because the taste is creamy, savoury, slightly sweet from the fish, and not too heavy 🧈. The noodles are soft, smooth, and a bit thicker than normal noodles 🍥. The gravy is rich but light, and smells fragrant because of the herbs 🌺.
