The setting is Camp Green lake "There is no lake at Camp Green Lake but there is a awful lot of holes". its a camp for bad boys but Stanley he isn't a bad person hes just at that  place at the wrong time. Stanley doesn't really talk to people since he is shy except his family. When Stanley went to court they asked him if they wanted him to go to Jail or Camp Green Lake he was shocked cause he has never been to camp cause they never have enough money. There is a warden at Camp Green Lake and he told Stanley that he has to dig a whole five feet deep and five feet wide because they think it will give him discipline . There is a new character called Elya they didn't describe him to us but now he has a wife named Sarah Miller and she could push plow and milk the goat. He lost her sister Wenny who died in a car accident, plus, he had a bad spleen and a broken leg. Will is very mad at his dad cause he is thinking that its his fault for getting in a wreck. Will is at a hospital right now, getting his spleen and broken leg better.  He still can't do anything  with his leg so he uses  a wheel chair. And he is always writing letters about the things that he never told her about, and things that he is sorry for and all the  things that she done for him. Their is another kid in the book named Gallagher. But I don't no that much about him. I know that Gallagher loves snacks because when he was eating, he only had snacks to eat. I think Will is a fan of video games because, ever since he was in the hospital, he has been playing games everyday. I think Will is funny because in the text it says he made meatballs look like turds.
