I personally have never participated in any serious cases of revenge (petty cases, yes, but I do not think highly of myself for that), but I do not know how far I would go. I look down upon taking revenge into my own hands because I believe there are other ways to resolve issues, but I do not think lowly of someone if they commit an act of revenge that I believe is valid.
