It starts with Su Su who is expecting Ye Hua´s son, soon we will find out that Su Su is just a mortal and Ye Hua is meant to be the next sky emperor. In the sky kingdom, Su su has been suffering for a long time because no one accepts her as Ye Hua´s woman, with time she gets tired of the situation and she even loses her sight and eyes.

After having her baby Su Su wants to go back home, where she used to be happy and while trying to return she discovers she is Bai Qian a great goddess from the fox clan, we also learn that her life as a human is a sacrifice made by her to save the world.

I would definitely recommend this book if you like complicated stories because you must pay attention to a lot of details in order to understand what´s going on, It was hard for me to follow the story, but it was worth it. The story is so good it was turned into a tv show, but it has some differences from the book.
