When shooting photos make sure your subjects are wearing the appropriate PPE gear, if necessary, and maintain at least six feet of distance between each other.
2. Be careful about taking pictures of students when delivering school meals. Be mindful that the students are part of the Free and Reduced Lunch Program and may not want to be identified as "poor" or "food insecure".
3. Try to limit the number of Zoom composite photos if you're highlighting professional development. There's lots of composite photos on social media right now.

(Pitt County Schools) We crafted an online survey.  Rigor, Instruction, Access, Communications, Teacher Feedback, AND Social/Emotional questions for how parents are "handling" everyday responsibilities with schooling their children were important for us to ask. Attached is the paper format to be sent with meals and collected. The paper version has a QR code and link (marked out here) as another option for parents to respond. The Department of Health and Human Services in collaboration with the NC Department of Public Instruction is requiring all school districts to develop three plans for re-opening school.  Plan A is that school will re-open with all staff and students in the building at the same time with minimal social distancing. Plan B is that school will open with moderate social distancing limiting the number of people in the building to no greater than 50% maximum capacity. Therefore, instruction will be blended. Some students will learn remotely while other students learn in-person and vice versa. Plan C is that school is closed and no students or staff will be in the building. All instruction will occur remotely under Plan C. Governor Cooper is expected to announce which plan we are to implement by July 1st. For now, we need your input. The re-opening school survey asks parents, faculty & staff and high school students to share their preferred learning & teaching environment. In addition to plans A, B, and C, Elkin City Schools is preparing to provide students and staff with an all-inclusive remote learning option regardless of which plan the Governor announces.
