I passed every GCSE that I took which got me onto the course. This improved my communication skills as I now felt comfortable speaking to the tutors about any problems I might have. This developed my teamwork skills as we had to work together to go over the script and make sure we all said the right thing. What I could have done better was make sure I knew exactly when to speak, and not to be reminded.
