In simple word are the skills that you need and use to communicate and interact with other people. Firstly, communication skills are most importance to deal with it we have three types of communication skills which is verbal, non-verbal and listening skills. This may be considered a subset of communication, but it is often treated separately.Conflict resolution and Meditation: Handling conflict in ways that lead to increased stress can be detrimental to your health. Poor conflict management can lead to higher production of the stress hormone cortisol, and also cause hardening of the arteries, leading to increased risk of heart attacks and high blood pressure. 2</title>
