Some of the things that could be limited are financial support from the government and paperwork involving government processes.
This systems also make it so that some immigrants have to be fearful of police and other emergency services. Many people who might be in the country illegally do not want to be a part of their new community because they are worried that people are going to find out their secret. This causes the distrust and anxiety, making their new life, one that was hoped to be full of new opportunities  more painful and difficult. The American Immigration experience impacts human rights within the fourth article. It states that "No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms." This is different to what happens to immigrants in America because they are held against their will in concentration camp style place. For example, when someone wants to immigrate to the us because something life threatening is happening to their country and they find out that it can take 20+ years to get their application approved, they would probably feel like they have to come illegally. The immigration process, also, when you come in person, particularly in the case of angel island, had a ton of people shoved into a space and would refuse people for ill, mentally ill and being single.
