I chose the science theme for this artwork and applied it by using animals/nature.

2. How did you apply your surreal device?
I applied my surreal device, which was scale change, by changing the size of the whales, usually large but in my art I made them smaller.

3. What were some challenges you had during this process?
A challenge i experienced in this project was trying to find a color scheme and choosing colors that fit that scheme.

4.  How did you address your challenges?
I addressed my challenge by choosing colors that were similar/ in range to my main color, blue.

5.  Overall, how do you think your work turned out?  Be specific in your answer, providing example/s from your piece. 
I think my piece turned out ok,but i feel like i could've spent more time adding details and fixing the color scheme.

6.  What skills did you discover and/or develop during this process?
I now have a better understanding on how to use oil paint because of tjis project.

 I used what i knew about the person to decorate the borders and paper, and i tried to match the font with the person as well.

2. Did you try something you weren't sure about as part of this project?  Tell me specifically why or why not.
 I wasn't so sure about how to position the words on the paper, i decided to try out putting three words on each line and trying to center it.

3.  Did you ask another person for feedback during your work process?  Why would this be a good thing to do?
 Yes, this is a good idea if your stuck on what to do or need some constructive criticism on what you have so far
 
4.  What specifically do you think is best abut your project?   
 

5. What specifically needs more work or could be better on your project?
