As me,  in order to create the ideal learning environment, an interactive shared reading method is one way to encourage learners to notice and expose learners to language.
It provides opportunities to introduce and expand vocabulary; make comprehension it.
Shared reading in L2, help create vivid connections and memories by creating opportunities for children to connect with others.

Yes, I agree. The relationships that I establish with the class as a whole, stands at the establishing a healthy and happy working environment and managing children positively. When I develop relationship with students, it is a good idea to get into the habit of monitoring myself and how thing are going. At this point, rules, routines, responsibilities and even rewards enter the process. The teacher needs to combine all these together and run to the person.
2.What challenges do teachers face?And how do they manage it?
I think the biggest challenge is different expectations of teachers and students. It is natural for teachers and students to have expectations of each other. However, these expectations should not be so high that students cannot reach them.The teacher should be careful at this point.Teachers and students should create expectations on common points. I think maybe the only in this way, effective classroom management can be achieved by establishing an effective communication and healthy interaction between the teacher and the student.

Testing is one procedure used to assess learning. So, teachers should know some guidelines for developing child-friendly English language tests for children. And also we did learn stirrers and settlers for primary school. Also, today we learnt types of assessment. Those are self assessment, informal assessment, formal assessment and peer assessment. When we consider all that we have learned, we actually learn new techniques and tips. We also learned games with hints where we can teach various word games to students.All this made PDCs management more enjoyable and made us learn. I think it helps us become a more qualified facilitator.
 2.Are there any other elements of classroom management in your PDCs that you will have to think about (managing feedback for example)
Given an example, allow the children to carry out the activity independently and responsibility are elements of classroom management. I've heard of the concept of assessment before, but I learned more detailed information here. Before this lesson, I used to see the concept of assessment as a result-oriented assessment. But I learned the concept of assessment as the systematic basis for making inferences about the learning and development of students. My monkey figure actually ached what I would evaluate beforehand. it was a monkey looking around indecisively. Actually, I was having a hard time doing listening activities with my students the most. I was constantly having problems with this, and this was causing me to listen. But here I realized once again how important it is to listen.
