For ensuring my progress in putting forth my effort in all assignments I will  always review the success  criteria before handing in an assignment. For carrying a positive attitude I will eliminate all negative phrases out of my thought and refill them with positive energetic phrases when working on academics related. Finally for always being prepared for class I will have to start thinking beforehand for certain activities. For example if I had to join a class at 10am I would wake up at 8:50am and be prepared 15 minutes beforehand.

My background is Chinese and Canadian. Not like my other friends or the people I know I haven’t been to many countries in the world. Throughout these 14 years, I have been to Wuhan China 2-3 times, I have been to Las Vegas Nevada once, Montreal Quebec once and Cuba once. When done travelling through to these 4 countries I have figured out that the food, temperature and the lifestyles of each country have many major differences. I.e some of the different foods they would serve would not just be culturally different foods but the kinds of foods were completely 2 different types of things. For example, in Wuhan China, you would see that the types of foods served compared to Montreal Quebec are culturally contrasting. For example, in Wuhan, one of the most popular foods served would be hot pots and in Montreal, one of the most popular foods were these different types of ham that were cooked in unique ways.
