Mountain biking is when you bike on a trail normally used for hiking. There are normally a lot of rocks and roots. When I started I was nervous that I was going to fall and hurt myself, but after a while I started to feel more comfortable going over things and getting air on a bike.

This shows courage because I tried something new, which is something challenging to do.
