For triangles I thought of 2 things, punk rock and fire. I wanted to alter the scales of Jang-mo-o to appear sharper and more fire-like compared to its original rounder shape to give off the appearance that its painful to the touch. I also added some pointy sharp Eyeliner and a devil's tail to try and push the fire/punk thematic.

For squares I immediately thought of industrial factories and the big city. I tried to change the scales and head-thing to be like apartment buildings or condos and the tail to be either a nuclear silo or a factory's funnel, releasing smoke

This one I had the most fun with as it was smooth to draw and I've always had a fond for spectral/ghastly things. For this design I wanted to make it look cute using rounder shapes for the face and eyes but also make the gas surrounding it be similar to water bubbles but giving it the layers and movement of Gas
