I identified 4 main "Areas" we could use. 
1. Building the ark

4. The rainbow

My thinking would be doing an AROUND THE WORLD- looking at different places and culture 
eg. a safari drive in Africa (animals)
      a "doof doof doof" taxi ride to the airport
      get on an "aeroplane" to France and look at their Cuisine (a chef and baker /restaurant) 
      another aeroplane ride to India where we could look at the dancing
