This novel came highly recommended and I recently started it, but so far, very good read! My daughter also enjoyed Sharon Draper's "In My Mind," which is told through the point of view of a little girl with cerebral palsy. I am currently reading it as well. It is a phenomenal adolescent lit book!

Book 1 (Graceling) was awesome . . . this one is kind of dragging along. If it doesn't pick up soon, I'll be starting "The Ruin of Kings" by Jenn Lyons.

I just finished this. It was a very well-written and touching story. The characters were honest and relatable. It was very sad at times and had to put it down a couple of times for a few days. But I was always glad I came back to it! :)
