         <description><![CDATA[<div>One way that I help myself stay motivated on a daily basis, is by setting small realistic goals that I know i can achieve. I decide what is the smallest goal that i can achieve today that will also accomplish several chores or tasks that I need to do. As for weekly motivational strategies, I still give myself goals, but these goals are slightly larger. Sometimes I even give myself a reward, such as going to a movie or making a favorite snack All in all, everyone is unique and when life gives you lemons sometimes you gotta make cool-aid.</div>]]></description>
