I brush my teeth

I´m going to work at 7:50 am

I clean my desk

I help clean the office

I breakfast at 8:30

I start work at 8:40 am or so

I have lunch at 12:00 pm

I return work at 1:00 pm

I take a break from 4:30 to 4:45 pm

I return to my home at 6:10 pm or so

I have a dinner with my family at 7:00 pm

I play or watch movies until 11:00 pm

I go to sleep at 11:30 pm

Wednesday: I make my main contributions in the forums and make English discoveries.

Friday: I make my comments to colleagues and make English discoveries.

Sunday: Sometimes they leave tasks that I do on my rest day.
