         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the course of my project the progress I have made is myself stronger not only in muscle memory but overall I have become mentally stronger. My goal in the beginning was to have a daily routine of 25 push ups daily and work my way up to 150 push ups in a day for 30 days. I had accomplished my goal due to determination and reminding myself what I was trying to complete. I learned that with determination that I can overcome the obstacles in my way of any shape or form. Something I would change from my wellness project of if I could redo it is add more than one type of workout in my routine so that I do not only focus on one type of body muscle. </div>]]></description>
