         <description><![CDATA[<div>I just got back from a visit to the fermenting fall in the Catskill Mountains in NY. I really miss the fall time up there, especially apple session with all the crafts and homemade goodies. I enjoy putting caps on bottles with my wife and two sons. Generally, my sons will wash the bottles with a bottle washer. My dog likes to hop up on everyone when he gets excited. <br><br></div>]]></description>
