If you visited a historical community which one would you visit? how did they get their material for their homes and other supplies? The Anasazi people built  permanent homes first they built pit houses then they built pueblos lastly they built houses in cliffs. In my state of opinion I would like to know how big were the Anasazi peoples homes? "Sometimes Anasazi men used a ladder to go down into the kiva. I can imagine the kiva is a man cave and men tell story's and no children or women were invited to come in. only men could come in. It reminds me of when my mom said I came out of my man cave (my room) after hours because I came down to get a snack when my mom just came home from work. Mesa Verde was a Native American community and they lived in the four corners. They mostly lived in hot areas. Then around A.P 1300 the Anasazi people left Mesa Verde. No one knows why. Maybe they left because they did not have enough food or they did not have enough supplies to build on to their community. I would wanted to know why did they build the kiva? How did they get their food? Also I would like to know how did they get their material? I would like to make some beautiful pottery. I would  check what they are doing in there cliff homes and help but it might be boring tho. I will see what the pithouses wold look like from the inside.
In my theory  I think they stopped pit houses  because  earthquakes. I think they left there homes abanded because they ran out of food and water it is hot so there could be a drout. This reminds me of when my sister will soon be a sculptor. It's interesting that  they changed  homes and there ways of doingsover time and decided to go. Maybe they seteled in another part of the four corners after Utah. after researching part of there generation is in pithouses! I would ask Plymouth why can't I go home? I would want to see my grandmother. What would you ask Pilgrims if you could visit Plymouth? There are three reasons why I would like to visit Plymouth.  First,  in page 15 it said " The Pilgrims wrote the Mayflower Compact.  This agreement set the rules of the colony." That is how they survived unlike the Jamestown colony almost every settler died. Why did Pilgrim people ever want to start a new colony and start over? Second, in page 16 Daily life it said "And every child worked! Girls helped cook,sew, or take care of small children. Boys fished and hunted. Both boys and girls took care of the farm animals. The children did not go to school. Their parents taught them to read." That is why I want to visit Plymouth because I can learn to do more things. What other things did the parents do? I fell like the parents do nothing because it barely mentions anything about the parents. Third, in page 19 it said " Unlike the James town settlers, the Pilgrims got along with Native Americans. And the Native Americans helped them get through tough times." That's why I want to visit Plymouth I want to spend time with Native Americans. In my opinion they seem nice.
