First, you need to calm down and write down the things that you are having trouble with, for example you get bored reading a long article, you can't listen to a conversation that reads too fast. Second, create a timetable that you feel is the right time for you to practice English. I think it will be very helpful. After that, try to do lots of mini exercises with different topics for 15-30 minutes. Also, make sentences with what's around you such as your table, chair, your dog,... and talk about it (describe, comment). Or talk to your friends in English, join English groups on social media,... It will help you practice speaking skills as well as stress words. Try watching short news stories in English to practice your listening skills. For instance, you can find a lot of website: ENews, The Times in Plain English,...

Thanks for sending me this message and I'd be happy to give you some ideas to improve your writing skills.  It is very difficult to write a good and attractive paragraph, ensuring correct grammar is very difficult, but rest assured, I have also experienced difficulties in writing and I am sure you will overcome it. 


First of all, avoid presenting your paragraphs in a lengthy and rambling manner because this will easily cause you to make grammatical mistakes and make it difficult for the reader to understand. For example, when writing a sentence, be selective and remove long words, please make it brief but meaningful. 


Secondly, learn more vocabulary by referencing on many websites, watching movies, listening to music, it will help you get more ideas for the passage, such as, when you listen to a video and encounter a word you don't understand, you can immediately take note of it to learn and memorize that word immediately. 

Finally, before you write a paragraph, you probably don't know where to start and organize your ideas accordingly.  So, take a moment, make a brief outline of the information to be presented before writing a paragraph. For instance, when writing an email to everyone to organize a party, first take note of a few key things to do at the party and then write it down completely.It will help your paragraphs complete and present your ideas fully.

I have some ideas that I’ve taken from my own experience to improve your skill writing. 

First of all, after  you watch a movie or reading a book that you like, You can write review about it. If you write about your favorite things, it will be easier. 

Secondly, you read as much as you can. For example, change languages ​​on facebook, phone to english so that you can read every day, choose books or short story samples written in english to read. You will see your reading and grammar skills improve. Finally, you make sure to study grammar and vocabulary to have more vocabulary when writing, such as you can learn vocabulary by each topic and after learning write a short paragraph about the topic you have studied.

Here are some tips I give you that can help you improve your English writing skills.
First of all, you should learn more vocabulary and grammar by studying on your own or by listening to lectures from your teachers. From there you can synthesize that knowledge effectively. For example, today in class you were taught grammar by a teacher, you should practice a lot of exercises about that type and if you find it difficult you can ask your friends, online or your teacher to reinforce your knowledge.
Next, you should read regulary many English books, because when you read a lot of books you will understand the author's writing style and you will add to your own system the most accurate vocabulary, spelling and word usage. And gain a lot of knowledge from those books.Because "books are the limitless source of human knowledge", trying to read books combined with grammar practice will help your writing skills reach a better level.
Finally, what I want to convey to help you improve your writing is to try to master English spelling through writing vocabulary to memorize. For example, if you learn a lot of words and are afraid to forget them, write them down on paper and memorize them to remember and use them when writing.
