It is thinned with water instead of oil to give a transparent color. White rag paper is the most common support because of its absorbency and long-lasting qualities. </span></p>]]></description>

It has characteristics of being fast drying and a flexible film<span style="font-size: 13px;">.  It can be modified with water or other vehicles to obtain unique characteristics that have the appearance of of different medias; like water color, oil paintings, or something completely different from other media.  </span></p>]]></description>
