The film is set in Sicily. Based on a true story. The main character are Nino and Gianni, two teenagers. Nino is the elder son in a family of fireworks creators. Gianni is a peer of him who returned from reform school and lives in another town with his mother and stepfather. One day, while Gianni is riding his scooter, Nino rams him with his scooter: a wonderful friendship is born and something more. But Sicily in the early 1980s was not the place for this type of relationship.

The film wanted to leave a strong message that we are afraid of what is different and above all of what is new. the society we find ourselves in does not accept changes. As we noticed in the film, people did not accept the relationship between Nino and Gianni but they also did not accept Gianni's homosexuality and because of this he ended up in reform school. Unfortunately, from 1980 to today, diversity is still not fully accepted. Fortunately, today there are associations that protect the rights of homosexuals. in my opinion homosexuals are human beings like anyone else and they must have the same rights as us and must be able to express their love without fear.

He composed poetry and publishing his first collection in 1881, in 1888 he published ‘’The happy prince and other tales’’ and ‘’The picture of Dorian Gray’’. The picture of Dorian Gray tells the story of a rich, beautiful young man who has his portrait painted who is masterpiece. He will sacrifice his soul if he can maintain his beauty. At the end of the story , responsible for the death of an actress and the murder of Basil, killed in a fit of anger after the artist has seen the disfigured portrait. Dorian is found dead, now transformed into a horrible old man.

Oscar Wilde became involved in a legal case that would lead to his ruins. Oscar has an affair with the young Lord Douglas and the father accused him of homosexuality. Wilde was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment and hard labour in Reading Gaol. The last letter of Oscar Wild was The Profundis.
