One success for me I would say was getting more familiar with WeVideo. It allowed me to feel more comfortable when working with the kids & their creativity. Theres so much more you can do on WeVideo, it just takes some exploring.

The schools the past year were, consistently, inconsistent with their schedules.


Some kudos I had for all of us was that we started branching out with our own smaller projects to try new things.

    Solutions: Recruitment done by someone in our program (I can volunteer) to try and generate excitement for the program from one of our own.


    Solutions: On days where we can’t get consistency, a back up plan of options we can execute in a single day in terms of projects. Also activities to help develop and grow our skills on rare (but possible) days where we have no students at all.
