This causes an increase in acetylcholine that is released in the cleft. Depolarization spreads opening voltage gated sodium channels initiating an action potential that moves along sarcolemma. Na+ concentrations stimulate a change in membrane permeability&nbsp;by opening voltage gated k+pumps which diffuse K+ and causes repolarization</div>]]></description>
