         <description><![CDATA[<div>Working and school can pile up into a lot. I find that school can be a lot more stressful, while also focusing on a job. I also find that I end up having a lot less free time. Science shows that People have a lot better chance of being absent a school when they have jobs. It also shows that students gain a lot better time management skills when having a part time job. In the end though, science has shown that working while in school is a very negative thing, as students will find that the more hours they work, the more their grades degrade (Halloway, 2001)<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Sleep</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sleep can really affect my day depending on how my sleep was.  For most days I don't get enough sleep making it hard to focus on tasks and making it to different things. For example, I find that when I get a bad nights sleep, I usually miss my bus. I also find it hard to focus on watching movies or T.V shows. On weekends I feel refreshed and can do a lot. Science shows that having less sleep can actually make you more likely to get Insomnia. If you have depression then it can be harder to sleep (Sleep And Mental Health, 2009).</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Weather always effects me on an emotional level. I always feel good and full energy on a sunny day, and lazy and get headaches on gloomy days. Science proves that gloomy and rainy days do effect or emotions in a negative way. Besides that it can also make us have headaches and become more aggressive. (Taylor  2005)</div>]]></description>
