I can help my family and friends in coping from personal issues by comforting them and not being hard on them. I should be nice, help them as much as possible and not say anything bad about them. Helping is a big part of our lives. Everyone has troubles sometimes and we just need to have fun with them like nothing happened. Living life always has ups and downs, like a rollercoaster. Remember, God is in everyone and helping and being kind is a way to save you a spot in heaven ;D

I can help my family/friends in coping from personal issues by appreciating them and cheering them up like how they had cheered me up whenever I'm down.
