Share our experience of our industries and careers to encourage students to go further

Encourage pride in the identity of having a trade - our identities as Carpenters , bricklayers etc. This will be something to have and build on for the rest of your life.

Learning doesn't stop for us just because we are further in our careers than our learners so reminding them that we all should aspire for new skills no matter what age we are.
