R2L incidents should be followed up by someone other than the teacher as there can be many in just one lesson and one student may receive a R2L from each of their 4 teachers in a day. Someone needs to check and collate this minor data several times a week and follow up accordingly - i.e. They can contact home and say student x has not taken a pen to 12 classes this week etc, rather than 4 different teachers making contact and OneSchooling for the same thing. Used right it is a valuable resource because it is important that the learning of the majority of the class who are following school rules and values are not impacted.
