The Virginia Declaration of Rights was written by George Mason. The purpose of the document was to give rights to Virginians including the right to change or abolish faulty government. Written in the Virginia Declaration of Rights, it states that the power is vested in the people(people have the power), the branches of the government(legislative, executive, judicial) are able to check and balance the power, and the elections of members serve as representatives in government. It also states that the Freedom of the Press cannot be restrained from government and the Freedom of Religion is equally entitled to all people. We think this document impacts the Bill of Rights ( mainly 1st Amendment Freedoms).

The virginia Declaration of Rights was written by George Mason. The purpose of the document was to proclaim the rights of the people in Virginia. In the Virginia Declaration of Rights it's written that, all power is vested in the people, meaning we the people hold the power. Also, that the legislative and executive powers of the state should be separate and distinct from the judiciary. Another thing is that excessive bail was thought out to not be required neither excessive and unusual punishments inflicted. That all men are by nature equally free. Also, that freedom of the press is one of the great bulwarks of liberty. We believe that the first admendement fall the freedoms) in the constitution is the most impacted by the sections of Virginia Declaration of Rights.

The purpose of this document was to declare the inherent rights of Virginians. 5 principles I saw in the document are
*All men are by nature created equally free
*No man or group of men have more privileges than others
* That if a man commits a crime has a right to demand what he's being arrested for
* All men are equally Entitled to exercise his or her freedom of religion
* The freedom of press can not be limited
This affects the amendment part of the constitution more because amendment number 2 and number 5 were mentioned the Virginia declaration of rights

George Mason wrote this document. It was made by the Virginians as the basis and the foundation of government. Some things that relate to the constitution that are in the Virginia Decleration of Rights are
It discusses that all men are created equally and free. It . (In simpler words)
They explain that all power is derived by the people and that relates to the statement for the people and by the people. Another thing that impacted the Constitution was that in my words is that you cannot force religion into people. People also have the right to unlimited press. Also the document states that if there is a crime then the person who caused it has the right to a trial.
This relates to the bill of rights.
