Freedom of the press is one of our greatest freedoms and can not be denied by the government for any reason. 
Nobody has to bail you out of jail but they  cant give you cruel unusal punshiment.
When two men disagree about somethjng thwy should go to court and have a final ruling by the jury that can not be argued. 
The people rule and the government can always be changed.
Government can change the laws bur people can still excercise their rights.

They explain that all power is derived by the people and that relates to the statement for the people and by the people. Another thing that impacted the Constitution was that in my words is that you cannot force religion into people. People also have the right to unlimited press. Also the document states that if there is a crime then the person who caused it has the right to a trial.
