Humanism: Humanism is like a deck of cards because it believes each one is their own individual.

Constructivism: Constructivism is like Legos because each person will build their own set.

This compares to a lot of the other philosophies in ways that learning should be student-centered and taught in a way that benefits a student's individuality, but there should also be active involvement with a teacher that can push the students in the right direction.

In turn, the class room environment was one where the teacher did not dictate everything, but allowed the students to do their own learning and participate in class discussions.
