However that's not very feasible because under the Constitution&nbsp;the president has only limited powers.  </div>]]></description>

In the past, the American people believed the President did whatever the founders have planned. However after Roosevelt, they began to believe in Presidential power. The President can do more than the public expects.<br><br>3. Presidents must be seen as the political role of the head of government and someone that unifies the public. Without both of these perspectives of the people, a president will not be elected as politicians are perceived as cunning and manipulative.</div>]]></description>
