         <description><![CDATA[<h1><strong>Templo Religioso</strong></h1><div>&nbsp;</div><pre>It is a neoclassical style temple built between 1906 and 1920. Its façade is made of stone. The main altar is of an authentic Carrara marble, with a beautiful mosaic in neoclassical stained glass windows full of light thanks to the numerous windows in both the aisles and the central nave.It is the result of the first works that were realized during the formation of the urban Paipa, built between 1906 and 1920 and with a Spanish style. It was consecrated as a cathedral on December 8, 1951.Today it has become the center of great Eucharistic celebrations and the main site of faith of the Paipanos.</pre><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<h1>Paipa, Boyaca</h1><div>&nbsp;</div><div><br>It is a Colombian<br>municipality located in the center-east of Colombia, administratively it is in<br>the province of Tundama of the department of Boyacá. According to data from the<br>2005 census, it has a population of 27,274 inhabitants, making it the sixth most<br>populated municipality in Boyacá. In economic terms, it stands out as one of<br>the main tourist centers of Boyacá. Paipa is a boyacense population, tourist<br>par excellence, famous for its thermal waters to which they attribute<br>therapeutic benefits, for the goodness of its climate and the beauty of its<br>landscapes. In addition to these characteristics, Paipa is known for typical<br>products such as almojábana, cassava bread and other products.<br><br></div><h1>Monumento de Vargas</h1><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>For the celebration of 150 years of independence, the master Rodrigo Arenas Betancourt sculpted the horses and riders in bronze, while the structure of concrete, steel and bronze was designed by the engineer Guillermo González Zuleta. It is 100 meters long, 30 meters wide and 33 meters high. The 15 horses are of bronze and each weigh almost 2 tons, the largest monument of Colombia located near the municipality of Paipa.
