         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients: <strong>a packet of</strong> pasta (bucatini or fettuccine), <strong>five liters of</strong> water, <strong>five cloves of </strong>garlic, <strong>a box of</strong> fresh cherry tomatoes, <strong>a cup of </strong>grated cheese (parmesan or pecorino), <strong>a carton of</strong> eggs, some olive oil, some salt and black pepper.<br><br><strong>First</strong> you cut up some garlic and tomatoes. <strong>Then</strong> you heat the oil in a frying pan.&nbsp; <strong>Next</strong> drop in the garlic and tomatoes and fry them for three minutes.&nbsp; Set aside.&nbsp; Beat an egg. <strong>Then</strong> you boil water, add salt.&nbsp; When water starts to boil, add pasta until <em>al dente</em>.&nbsp; Save some of the pasta water for later.&nbsp; <strong>Finally</strong>, after you drain the pasta water, add the fried garlic and tomatoes, the egg, the grated cheese and egg, one right after the other and stir. &nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>ingredients<br><br></div><ul><li>1 lbs beef or lamb, diced really tiny</li><li>cooking oil</li><li>salt for onion salad</li><li>2 onions</li><li>1/2 bunch parsley, chopped</li><li>olive oil</li><li>salt</li><li>sumac</li></ul><div>&nbsp;Boil the lamb/beef pieces slightly. This will prevent it from hardening when you pan fry them in oil later. Add some salt to the water if needed. Finely chop the onion &amp; parsley. Place them in a deep cup, add sumac &amp; salt. Mix them by hand or a good utensil. Sumac should get concentrated in one place.Put some vegetable, canola or sunflower oil on a pan. Don’t fill it up, just a thin layer to cover the pan is adequate. Get a glass of water and keep it next to your pan. Also get some ground hot red pepper ready. Heat up the oil and add the meat. Just after a couple of minutes add ground red pepper and keep mixing.This is important: When the oil gets too hot, it’ll splash around and will burn the meat. To prevent that, add a splash of water in the pan. Some of it will vaporize instantly and will take out the extra heat from the pan and the meat. This will keep the meat tender.<br>&nbsp;Around the time the remaining water in the pan is about to vaporize, cover the pan &amp; the meat with the Pita. It’s best if you use lavash as the bread. Pita in US are too thin, fragile and hard to this dish. Let it warm up a bit and turn down the heat.Take out the pita, place it on a plate. With a spoon take a little (not too much or it’ll be too thick of a roll) meat, spread it along the lavash in a thin line.<br>&nbsp;Add your onion mix, some salt and some crushed or ground pepper &amp; roll tightly<br><br></div><div><br></div><div><br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For filling the mantı:<br>1 kg ground beef<br>2 onion<br>1 tsp black/red pepper<br><br>For cooking the mantı:<br>10 cups water<br>1tsp salt<br><br>Sause of mantı:<br>3 cups yoghurt<br>4 cloves of minced garlic<br>1 tsp salt<br>4 tsp butteroil<br>2 tsp tomato paste<br>dried mint<br>sumac<br><br>Mix flour, salt, eggs and water in a big bowl using your hands. Make it soft dough. On the other hand, combine pieces of onions, ground beef, salt and pepper, mix the meat very well with using a spoon.<br>Divide the dough into little portions and add a little flour on a work surface. Then rolling the dough piece as thin as you can. Cut the rectangles with a knife.<br>Fill these little rectangles with meat which is prepared before in the center. And then pinch them together at the top. Transfer the finished every mantı to a floured plate.&nbsp;<br>When all of the mantı dumplings are finished, put them in boiling water. And leave them 20 minutes.&nbsp;<br>While there are boiling, heat the oil and add the tomate paste, pepper and salt until the pepper flakes have started to color the oil. Then remove from the heat and keep it warm.<br>Stir the minced garlic into the yoghurt and set aside.<br>Then drain well the mantı. Divide it into 5 pieces. Spoon the yoghurt sauce over the mantı and serving with the hot pepper oil.<br>Enjoy your mantı</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1 medium onion, chopped<br>1 large potato, chopped<br>1 carrot, chopped<br>1 cup red lentil, washed and drained<br>6-7 cups hot water&nbsp;<br>1 tbsp salt<br>A pinch of dry mint</div><div><br> First, In a medium sized pot place the oil and chopped onion. Then At medium heat, sauté them and add the tomato paste, chopped carrots and potatoes and sauté them for about extra 2-3 minutes. Add the washed and drained red lentils, salt and hot water. Stir well.<br>Cook until the carrots and potatoes are soft. With a blender mix the soup thoroughly .If it is too thick, you can add some more water and adjust according to your sense of taste.<br>For the garnish in a small frying pan, place the butter and melt over low-medium heat. When it starts spitting, stir in the red pepper and salt. Then, pour the melted butter and pepper mixture over the soup. You can add some dry mint on top if you like mint.Finally ,<br>Serve the red lentil soup while still hot, and also add a few drops of lemon juice for a better taste.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Rice with chicken</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>2 cup whole grain rice, washed and drained<br>4 cups chicken stock<br>1 tbsp salt to taste<br>2-3 tbsp butter<br>Black pepper&nbsp;</div><div><br>First in a pot, boil chicken with the half of the salt. Leave aside 4 cups of the boiling water for using later. Then let the chicken cool for a while. And then, remove the skin and bones. Cut the chicken into small pieces and set aside.<br>In another pot, melt the butter and stir in rice. Cook rice stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes. Then add 4 cups of boiling water of the chicken. Add the remaining salt and bring to a boil. Close the lid and cook over low heat till the rice absorbs all the water. Then leave for a rest for 10 minutes. Add the chicken and mix them all. Another serving suggestion is: put some chicken into a bowl and fill the rest with pilaf.Finally gently press the surface and turn upside down to a serving plate.<br>Sprinkle black pepper on top and serve Chicken Pilaf warm with<a href="http://www.turkishfoodandrecipes.com/2008/12/ayran.html"><strong> ayran</strong></a>.</div>]]></description>

Cut tomato and put them in the pot.Cut small the chicken. Then boil the chicken for 20 minutes. Next get the chicken in the pot .Put some black pepper and salt in the pot.          <description><![CDATA[<div>6 tomatoes<br>6 long green peppers<br>8 eggs&nbsp;<br>2 finely sliced white onions<br>Half a cup of olive oil&nbsp;<br>Salt and peppers to taste&nbsp;<br><br><br>First, place the oil and onions in a pan and sauté the onions for 2-3 minutes over low-medium heat. Then, add peppers and salt. Close the lid and cook until the peppers become soft by stirring occasionally. Add the tomatoes, stir and cook for 5-6 minutes with the lid closed. Finally, add the beaten eggs and stir. It’s done when the eggs are cooked. You can sprinkle some black pepper on top if you like.<br>Menemen is a very good and famous dish for breakfasts.<br>Serve it with bread while still warm.<br>ENJOY!<br><br></div>]]></description>
