Sometimes they are very poor and they really need money so they steal people things or money to buy food or something that they need. And sometimes they committed crimes just for fun or just for a revenge to someone that they hate.

Also in cambodia like theft etc. Most thief in cambodia are teenage because of the cocaine ecstasy and more things that made teenage happy. 
Solution: Police should reinforce the laws and catch the one who sell cocaine.  Police shoul tell teenage to stop using cocaine and tell them do to something that good for society. If police catch them using drugs, police must send them to rehabilitation.

Reason: 
-Careless: Teenagers often act before they think,so they always think that they are right. That why they commit joyriding, because they  thought it 's okay to do it.
-Seek excitement: Most teens think that ioyriding is   fun. They don't care about the result.
-parents' model: If a child parent model joyriding, so the child will copy their parent behavior. This is the mistake of the parent.
Solution:
-we need to enforce the law.
-parents should advise their children more.
-We should encourage them to abide by the law.
-If they went too far, we have to punish them.
-The best way to prevent them is to let them take the bus or taxi, don't let them have their own vehicle.
