Song: One Beer by MF DOOM
Released: Novemeber 16, 2004

Sample: Huit Octobre 1971 by Cortex
Released: July 15, 1975

The sample, which has been used in many more songs, adds the main groove to the song, and would almost sound empty without it, or just a basic drum groove. It creates a unique style for hip hop, which DOOM does a lot of, making the song more different and versatility to accompany his rapping.

https://youtu.be/uKXWwDqO4PE

https://youtu.be/6jd0VICL4og

-Matthew
