2-This study shows the economic impact of COVID-19 pandemic on organizational structure in Oman’s governmental sector. In addition, with the developments resulting from the spread of the new Corona virus, it has caused many damages to the practices of the organizational structures in governmental sectors in Oman and the difference in their strategies and the existence of an economic slowdown as there has been an increase in the number of laid-offs and a shortage of job opportunities in the governmental sectors.
