from a health perspective, swimming can help people improve their muscle and cardio vascular system

On top of that, swimming can also help people expand their network since they can make friends and interact with like-minded people in the swimming pool

Capital city of Vietnam, in the North of my country

tried the delicious local food in the Old Quarters, which still impressed me about the taste of this dishes

unwind and recharge my battery after a very stressful and intense semester

At home: relax, improve physical health

School: improve knowledge and skills

Admittedly, traveling to remote environments brings some disadvantages. Firstly, this trend is associated with some detrimental impacts on the environments. Tourists tend to dispose litter such as plastics and glass, which can ruin the environment and destroy the natural habitat. As a result this can endanger wildlife and cause severe consequences to global diversity .... Example: (arctics)

However, there are a lot of advantages that traveling to remote environments can bring. Firstly, tourism could enhance the economic prospect in remote locations. ...... tourism enhance revenue of these places --> develop facilities/ services --> improve quality of life

It can also bring a lots job opportunity and also increasing their quality of life.

Secondly, scientists may find crucial pandemic. ---> develop preventive measures for this potential diseases ---> protect the residents and foster the development of science

In conclusion, there are more benefits than the drawbacks associated with the trend of visiting remote nature environments, such as the South Pole, so I believe that this trend should be encouraged.
