         <description><![CDATA[<p>Students need to know with certainty what a teacher wants. </p><p>Communicate our expectations clearly and reinforce them through repeated reminders. This will create a certain form of routine in the classroom. </p><p>Provide feedbacks to students whenever you notice that they are not behaving appropriately. These feedbacks can be given through face-to-face conferencing. </p><p>Ensure that all students understand the importance of the teacher's messages and they must believe that they can achieve them because of the teacher's support. </p>]]></description>
