Today we worked as a team and produced a large amount of work no ideas which we all put togeather.
To kick start the production we came up witha  very rough story board so everyone became aware of the productions and everyone had a chance to give ideas. Also we wrote up a mind map of all the props, cost etc allowing for a very specific idea of what we re gong to need.once we completed this as a group I began to write up a shot list, I took this role because I was able to sit with the director and we could put my experience as a camera man and her view into the perfect shots. Also I took the chance to draft up a rough scrip because then I could decide where I wanted people in terms of shots, I the. Took it a step further and I wrote up the final script. Kirsten's me Jayne took the chance to do a Recce, they chose the perfect location for the piece, and then they took pictures of the room nd I wrote up the potential risk that my occur in production.
Later Jayne emailed Dave about booking the phot studio and bout booking out the equipment. The plan for tomorrow is to complete the equipment last nerve book it all out and then to created a more detail with diagrams story board.

So far I feel everyone stepped up into their roles but some people had a more layer back mentality, but the role they have needed to be mr e authorities which means that the team had to deliberate who was doing what instead of being told by the producer. Daniel our producer doesn't have a very authoritive personality this leave the rest of the group stuck for what to do.This left me Jayne, Kirsten and April to out own devices in relations to the production. Jayne and Kirsten took a very strict role of finding actors and filling in th equipment booking sheets and getting them signed and off to dave, while this was happening Daniel took approximately 2 hour to complete the risk assessment sheet which should've taken about half an hour. disregarding tis fact me and April took this chance to look into detail at some possible lighting and hot we could use. i took out the camera which we intend to use and a jog and had a little play around with it in different ligting and different sounds areas to see how clear the picture and sound would be, this took my whole 
day because then i then set up some lighting which allowed me to create a silhouette of actor. i feel this helped in my role because i got used to the camera and this will allow me to get better shots for the final production now.

We start filming on Friday so we are trying  to fill up the time in the mean while. Today I focused on the character script, the reason for this is because I wrote the other ones which meant I have a better understanding of the script. April and dan gave me some input to help me with the script making it less time consuming. Jayne and Kirsten took this time to get the minutes of meeting wrote up and emailed to thme group and then they filled out the costumes and prop list. We once again looked over any last paperwork that needed sorting out. I took the chance to get familiar with photoshop and come up with some ideas for my print based advert. I felt dishearten creating a print based due to the fact our director has said that her one will be the one used meaning that mine will be irrelevant. I finally created a 2d print based ad that i like and I'm confident that its appropriate and will convey the message that i want it to. it then came to 3pm and we were finally able to film, i set up all the LED lighting single handedly while other me member of the group sat there doing nothing or chatting with their friends( the actors). we started to film and came across a problem when trying to achieve a POV shot but because of the silhouette we wanted to achieve we wasn't able to get the right shot so we changed it to a shot that still gave the same effect but was able to be seen by the camera.we rolled through the filming rather swiftly other then the fact the group of actors had to disperse to get a friend who was irrelevant to the work, which angered me because the week previous was when my friend who was waiting for me wasn't allowed to be in the room so why does their friend get the privilege, my friend who was waiting then came in and other members of the group huffed and puffed which wasn't needed. other then that the filming went smooth and we finished in quick succession. ]]> 2016-11-30 11:44:31 UTC https://padlet.com/samwilkes/i4fx6modgl0j/wish/140768283 Wednesday 30th November 2016 samwilkes https://padlet.com/samwilkes/i4fx6modgl0j/wish/141376992 Today was a day where not much was done by our group as a whole, we started the day with a meeting which deligated me to get some questions done for the group to use in a focus group to get an opinion of our final advert.
