-Kunst: Ikke gamle ideer frem igen, men tænk ud af boksen og prøv nye grænser af.
-Det er vittig ikke at underkende udfordringen med travlhed.
-Modstand kan stamme fra tidligere erfaringer/oplevelser og ikke at det nødvendigvis opleves som en dårlig/ikke givende proces.
-Stram styring/struktur er VIGTIG!
-Skabe fysiske rammer, som fremmer det innovative læringsmiljø. Fx grene, blomster, cookies, farvede papirer osv..
-Regelsættet skal være tydeligt for alle deltagere. Italesætte at med gerne må huske hinanden på reglerne.
-Måske mulighed på at andre tværfaglige samarbejdspartnere kan deltage? Fys, Ergo, ernæringsass. osv. Evt. Elever af andre faggrupper.
-Husk alle er lige, uanset faggrupper, alder, erfaring osv.
