Texas State Library and Archives Commission. <br></em>https://www.tsl.texas.gov/sites/default/files/public/tslac/ld/ld/pubs/crew/crewmethod12.pdf<em><br><br></em>While this isn't the most updated weeding manual, I do think it's still useful. It begins by asking the question "Why should librarians weed?" Then goes on to explain the CREW weeding process. This weeding process is applied to Children's Materials, the Reference Collection, Nonprint Media, and Ebooks, among others. <br><br>This will be an extremely important resource when I have a career in a library and need to begin the weeding process. This could also be a helpful document in helping patrons understand why we weed. <em><br></em><br></div>]]></description>
