You are quite my go-to person when I have questions on becoming a new mother. A knowledgeable and great listener you are who offers advice, sometimes quite intuitively because you strive to understand what I am experiencing or what I need. It goes without saying your professional etiquette in guarding our aurat and space to just relax without having to engage in a conversation throughout. You can go a little harder on the tough areas and I wouldn’t mind at all because motherhood has brought my pain threshold to a whole new level :D

Was attracted to the post shared by IrdinaCare. A post on gurdle n a heat cream ( forgot la the name). But the thought of putting a girdle on is so effort consuming n sweat build up.
One day, I engaged Sis Suzana to came over for a massage session ( alhamdulillah masha Allah her massage hands is good on point always). During the massage session, she brought the girdle pants along n taught how to use it. I was blown away. It was effortless wearing mashaAllah Alhamdulillah. No sweat building up. It was a breeze! Easy peasy putting it on. With her sharings n she taught me the way to put it on too, i was conned in a good way ye!!!

It gets easier as the more time I used. Or us it i hv slimmed eh??? The cream tt came wit it make the body feel warm n gv a burning sensation but bearable! Wit the girdle, its easier to move n run ard fast too.

I engaged Kak Suzana for postpartum massage (7days) for both of my pregnancies. Kak Su is a professional, knowledgeable and experienced masseuse. Her pressure is therapeutic enough for me - not too light not too painful, that I am able to get some shut eye rest during her massage. She willingly shares useful knowledge/stories/self-care tips along the way eg. taking care of our body & mental wellness after delivery, dealing with breastfeeding issues like engorgement mastitis etc.

Kak Su’s breast massage is very effective. She has helped me clear blocked/clogged ducts & stimulate my milk production. Just by touch she knows where the ‘knots’ are and applies sufficient pressure to release the milk. With Allah’s permission, Kak Su’s knowledge sharing has benefitted me when I recently experienced breast engorgement but was able to treat the symptoms at an early stage. Otherwise I would have needed to make another trip to KK A&E.

Overall I would highly recommend Kak Su to anyone who is looking for a trusted and reliable postpartum masseuse (and also someone who jagas our aurat/aib). 😊

Alhamdulillah. So far this postpartum corset is helpful for my recovery . I followed kak zana’s suggestion for the size. It’s really comfortable.

As this is my fifth, I’ve tried a few different stomach-wrap products. This is the most comfortable to wear for long hours, stay put and easy to go toilet. Can adjust tightness easily at 3 different parts.

My abdomen and back felt supported, I could bend over, pick things up, breastfeed without pain or discomfort.

Irdinacare's jamu is great for beginners eps for pre teens (10yr old daughter) & me (43yr old) it is not bitter nor its too spicy. I drank it 1 day before period, on 1st day and last day of period. Qaddarullah, the jamu help to prevent my usual migrants n ease my terrible period cramps thats usually 10/10 pain level to mild discomfort and i can still walk and ran arrand comfortably. Can add raw honey to it if you want it sweet. And those bloating can make it as ice lollies and love the fibers from the jamu to ease my constipation. U can strain it out but i recommend to drink it too. A great detox and alternative way to avoid medical pills to ease period pains. Recommended.

It was my first time engaging Kak Zana for my post natal massage, i took the 7 days package and oh how i wish there's a 1 month package!

Kak Zana had been very kind and understanding frm the day i first texted her to enquire if she had any available slots. She shared with me some tips as well as video links for me to prep myself for the big day.

I felt comfortable thruout the sessions i had with Kak Zana. She's a great listener and a wonderful advisor. She is like a sister, a mother, a friend, all 3 in 1! Hehe maa syaa Allaah 💗

I complained to Kak Zana that my left leg felt heavy to lift up (since the epidural). She massaged the pressure points and now i can lift up my leg as per normal Alhamdulillaah!

Also, Kak Zana does tungku at selected areas and ever since then, i no longer experience 'simpul biawak' whenever i stretch my legs! 🥹 (this simpul biawak thing had been happening to me since i was a teenager btw)

Kak Zana also taught me some useful massages that i can do on myself and anyone else. She taught me the breast massage to clear blocked ducts and engorgement, the different lymphatic massages, as well as the bowel massage.

Thruout the 7 days, Kak Zana massaged my keloided csect scar too (had it 3 yrs ago) and told me to do this massage myself. She is very encouraging and always reminded me to love my own body 🤍

Kak Suzana’s massage sessions are not only relaxing and calming - it can put you to sleep so easily, but it’s also very informative. She gave me so many tips on how to care for myself even shared some massage techniques like lymphatic drainage massage for body and face. Ever since I was introduced to her, I have been engaging her massage services even before I got pregnant. just heard that she has launched new products and couldn't wait to try it out!

face oil- has really assisted my face with bumps and rough surfaces to become very smooth and clear of pimples ! there isnt any strong smell so its very good for those who has a sensetive nose! besides that it has really helped with my dark eye circles too !

hair oil- mashallah right after i used it for the first time, there is a significant decrease in my dandruff and my hair has become smooth and silky! again there is no strong smell due to the usage of pure oils so its very nose sensetive friendly !

Lymph Nodes Massage

Suspected of cancer, due to lymph nodes not going down after months.

Engaged Kak Zana to help draining the lymph nodes. It is 1 of the options that I am going for and at the same time praying hard that it is not cancer.

She assisted with the massage and somehow, the area does not feel so strained anymore.

We will be having 3 sessions before I go for my next CT Scan.

Recently kak had a fall n was in pain on my left rib. Went to see a doctor n requested for an x-ray to ensure no fractured before i engaged Zana. Alhamdulillah no abnormality seen.

Kak cepat2 call Zana n Alhamdulillah there is available slot on the following day.

The pain was unbearable in the beginning of the massage but with her skill n knowledge on targetted area that need to be fixed, almost 2 hrs of massage , kak felt so relieve. Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah.🤲

QadrAllaah I had a neck strain and aching shoulder muscles to the point I cannot turn my head right, left, up and down without feeling so much pain. I booked Kak Zana for an emergency massage and Alhamdulillaah she was available. Assalaamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh just sharing my wonderful experience, my daughter arranged a massage session with Suzana today for a muscle strain pain in my chest area and it was so wonderfully relaxing 🤗 the 90 mins session easily lasted 2hrs (at no extra charge🙏) and I had a restful 3hr nap after that😱! The oil she used was not so sticky or oily and it felt so good n am still in relax mode now.
