         <description><![CDATA[<div>I've been starting to show my kids some test taking strategies. I also am having consistent one:one data talks with students that are rushing through their testing. My hopes and goal is that students move up a level in proficiency, or at least meet their typical growth for EOY. My other goal is that students that are still in Tier II waiting to be tested will continue to progress in which ever areas they need the most support in. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have  noticed that  my students are struggling with their phonics skills. I think maybe focusing a little bit  more on these skills during our Fundations and reading intervention time would  be  beneficial. I would like to see all of my students at least move up to Grade 1 in there PA and PH skills before the end of the school year. </div>]]></description>

This is something we all expected and prepared for at BOY due to the extremely high level of SAT paperwork that came with this group of students.
