Median Level- After a year or two working in the clinic, you start a fellowship. A fellowship generally last 3 years. Here you should use your abilities that you learned and try to perfect them for the future. The average pay for this position is around $80,000.
Advanced Level- After the five years of experience you become a specialist. Here you pick an area of the human body to be your specialty. To get to this level you must have the following- DPT, Bachelors, National physical therapy exam, and completion of an American physical therapy association. Here your skills must be the best with no errors. The average salary of this position is around $85,000. However the upper 10% of PTs. make up to $122,000
