Where the red L is there is lower pressure, there is less pressure pushing down there. It seems where there is low pressure it is rainy and moist. That is mostly on south.
Where the high pressure is, there will be sunny, dry weather, that is mostly on the West coast. There is a warm front headed to the south and a cold front headed toward Texas.
