Getting up , when you're down, keeping the faith and pushing on , about sums up what this year has been like for me on many levels.

I keeping changing my mind about a song which best describe me , but " The Prayer " performed by Josh Groban and Charlotte Church keeps popping up and I'm listening it through to the end . A fitting song choice for this day and age - a sincere and heart warming  prayer for wisdom and guidance in this turbulent times.

The character Olivia Colman plays in The Father is a striking example of resilience , calm and commitment while at the same time experience she "loss" of a dear parent , even though the character is still alive , and losing his grasp on reality.

I'd enjoy a dinner with Steve Harvey - it struck a cord when he told an audience that we have to start being comfortable with being uncomfortable , despite the odds. And how he stays humble , funny , motivated and grounded while going through the most difficult of times.
