         <description><![CDATA[<div>The best prevention is through the MMR vaccine, which protects against three diseases: mumps, measles and rubella. It is recommended that children receive 2 doses of the vaccine: the first is given between 12 and 15 months of age, and the booster should be given between 4 and 6 years.</div>]]></description>
