Lia Haddock

The investigative reporter who is conducting this podcast. She takes many risks and keeps information from the police and the FBI in order to preserve her investigation and try to keep those she interviews safe. During her final interview, with Lenore Dougal, it ended rather violently while being live. She was presumably taken or killed after discovering exactly how Limetown happened and for what reason. It is not known whether or not she is alive or not, they could not find her after her live podcast was interupted violently.

Terry Hilkens

Terry Hilkens is Lia's helper of sorts, and was the one who found Winona, the first citizen of Limetown. He hasn't done much so far, however he has talked and helped Lia as best as he can as much as he can. However much beyond finding Winona, he hasn't done much other than have casual conversations with Lia. In his most recent conversation with Lia he elaborated on the dangers of going deeper into this case. He was concerned for Lia's safety.

R.B. Villard was one of the founders and funded Limetown. Little else is known about him currently.

Dr. Oscar Totem

He was a head scientist at Limetown. His remains were the only remains found at Limetown, and they were of his teeth. He was mentioned in episode four to be guilt ridden and apologetic, and his associate, Max Finlayson, suspected him of selling the secrets behind their chip to a dangerous party which then came to Limetown to eliminate its people.

Dr. Emil Haddock

Another doctor in Limetown, and the uncle of Lia Haddock. His absence is the reason she's into the mystery of Limetown in the first place. It has been revealed that he is the mysterious figure that everyone was there for. He spoke to everyone in Limetown twice, the first time he enforced an infinite calm on everyone as a substitute for the lost medicine, and the second time he was being taken by some unknown figures, telling everyone to stay calm, but less sure. It is revealed that he is alive, and for some reason he is essential to the development of the chip. He escaped from his captors and communicated to Lenore, telling her to speak with Lia. The organization trying to capture him need him to continue, and he thinks they will try to use Lia to do so.

Winona

The first citizen Lia has come into contact with, told to be called Winona. Even though it's not her real name she refuses to say what it is. She seems to have intense memory issues and reveals that there are many more survivors, but refuses to say where or how many. She tells Lia her part of the story, which revolves mainly around this superhuman figure, that is able to mimic the movements of others that they cannot even see perfectly, even drawing perfect replicas of someone else's artwork despite making it at the same time as the original. This person was also able to speak to Winona through her mind, I will refer to this beyond human being as the evolved one. She gives Lia a phone with information to the next citizen. She lived in House 27 in Limetown.

Sylvia

Winona's daughter. She was seven years old at the time of limetown, and it's not known whether or not she is alive. She was the only Limetown survivor who did not have the chip, she was protected by Lenore in order to carry out a plan we are never made aware of.

The second citizen and survivor of Limetown that Lia meets. He is the owner of Molly and was killed by a drunk driver shortly after meeting with Lia. His wife had passed shortly before he was invited to move to Limetown where his expertise with animal testing was needed and his pigs in order to test out a chip capable of allowing minds and emotions across different people to connect. After much testing, he himself had the chip installed and was connected to a pig named Napoleon, which he eventually killed due to the intensity of the chip's connection, despite their powerful connection. He described to Lia that he was sure that his chip was the cause of the panic, however he wasn't there to see how it started because, he was "turned off." This leads to a suspicion of being part robot, or perhaps hypnotized and forced to go into a sleep. Whatever the case, he is certain that the chip was what caused the violence in Limetown. However due to being outcasted from the project due to him killing Napoleon, he could not provide any more information.

Napoleon

The pig that was telekinetically connected with Warren Chambers. He and this pig had a good bond even before they were connected, and when they had their chips installed to have their minds connected, their bond only grew stronger. They were so close and so connected that they could feel where the other one was even, however after an accident at the lab, a constant fear prevented them from getting enough sleep, which drove Chambers mad. So much so, that he felt that he had to kill Napoleon in order to finally sleep, during Napoleon's final moments, he returned to a calm state while Chambers smashed his skull with a sledge hammer. Nothing else is known of Napoleon.

Ron Calhoun

FBI agent for 32 years, now retired. He cannot fathom or get over Limetown, it still haunts him as he's never seen anything like it. His significance to the future of the series is small and he will likely not be seen again. Little else is known about him.

Max Finlayson

The Third citizen and survivor of Limetown, and the one of the lead scientists that invented the chip working alongside Oscar Totem. He suspected that Oscar had sold the secrets of their technology to another party of some sort, who then came to kill everyone there. He explains that the chips didn't allow for the users to choose what they would receive or give out, so a drug was developed in order to help users choose what they wanted to listen to and what they wanted to say. However, he claims the chip was perfect and that the problem was people, after his interview with Lia Haddock he was shot and killed with his last words being on the phone with Lia.

The ex-wife of Max Finlayson, she was the cause of the panic in Limetown when she betrayed her group known as the old schoolers to get a chip. She reveals that there was a huge divide between those with chips and those without. Her receiving a chip caused those without chips to lash out in violence and beat those with chips resulting in Oscar Totem's burning at the stake. She reveals to Lia that her uncle was the man who they were there for.

The final piece of the puzzle, she called Lia to meet with the condition that she records their conversation and puts it out to the world live. She reveals that she was in charge of extracting everyone from Limetown without a trace, she says that she only had interest in those with chips, so she dissolved those without chips in acid and stole those with chips through a series of caves that the village was built into. By the end of their interview, she reveals that Lia's uncle is still alive, and she takes a pill that kills her after recommending that Lia take a suicide pill aswell. She also reveals that she was responsible for the only survivor of Limetown that wasn't chipped, Sylvia. She tells Sylvia through the live stream that now is the time, which hints at some sort of plan.
